Thank you for visiting! While video production is my career and passion, here are a few personal details about me: I am a husband, Christian, and hobbyist. Outside of work, I enjoy leather-crafting, science & history museums, unconventional board games, and spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy writing on occasion. I have been a Bloomington, Indiana resident for my entire life.
I started my videography journey at a young age. In middle school, I joined a video productions class where I produced several short films and a documentary. Some of these projects received recognition in the International Student Media Festival and the 2011 C-SPAN Student Cam documentary contest, where my team placed third. This helped me see the viability of a career in media creation, and birthed in me a desire to grow my skills.
What started as a middle school passion grew into a full-time career during my college years. In 2019, I graduated as the Valedictorian of my class from Full Sail University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Communications. I started making wedding videos for friends and family, which soon blossomed into a thriving business. Since then I have expanded into creating meaningful content for both non-profit organizations and corporate clients. I am proud to say that in 2023, a PSA on which I served as the cinematographer was selected to be shown during the Super Bowl in 2024.
I enjoy a journalistic form, as a significant part of my work involves conducting interviews in a documentary style, along with capturing additional footage that complements and enhances the storytelling aspect. I enjoy collaborating with businesses & organizations to understand their vision, values, and target audience. By leveraging the power of video, I can help these clients bring their unique stories to life and leave a lasting impact on their audiences. It brings me immense satisfaction, knowing that my work can help educate & uplift communities, as well as inspire audiences to take action.
